- Ability to convert Figma designs or written briefs into clean code.
- Familiarity with form handling, email capture, and analytics tools like GA4 or Plausible.
- Knowledge of on-page SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and Core Web Vitals.
- Portfolio showcasing previously shipped landing pages or small websites.
- English proficiency of B2 level or above.
- Self-directed work ethic and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build landing pages, waitlist pages, and promo pages with conversion-focused layouts.
- Develop small multi-page websites following client requirements.
- Implement responsive, mobile-first layouts compatible across browsers.
- Integrate forms, email capture services, and basic analytics.
- Apply on-page SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Refine AI-generated code to reach production quality standards.
- Troubleshoot layout and performance issues independently.
