Job Details

Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or management of engineering teams.
Deep expertise in real-time media, specifically WebRTC and audio/video streaming over unpredictable networks.
Experience with media pipelines, native protocols, or cross-platform client development.
Proven success integrating software with third-party systems like Teams, Zoom, Meet, and Webex.
Familiarity with OS-level media APIs and cross-platform development (browser, desktop, mobile).
Strong architectural decision-making skills and ability to manage technical debt.
Commitment to user-centric design and optimizing for effortless user experiences.
Ability to hire, mentor, and grow software engineers.

Lead a team of four engineers as their technical and people manager.
Balance technical responsibilities (60%) with team growth and mentorship (40%).
Own the architectural direction and technical problem-solving for the Airtame platform.
Streamline meeting startup processes for Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex integrations.
Optimize screen sharing friction for new users and improve stability for Miracast and AirPlay.
Ensure feature consistency across Airtame 3, Virtual Airtame, browser, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Establish technical standards and conduct code reviews for the team.
