Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
- Senior engineering experience in product-led, fast-paced environments.
- Strong software architecture skills including API-first design, modularity, and scaling patterns.
- Deep backend expertise and comfort with modern frontend frameworks (React.js preferred).
- Experience working with AI-first tools, LLMs, and agentic tools.
- Fluency in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Experience working in Docker-based, cloud-native environments (AWS).
- Track record of shipping performant, elegant, user-facing products.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven experience leading teams or large technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of engineers, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
- Set the bar for technical excellence, promoting best practices across architecture, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
- Drive a DevOps mindset, ensuring engineers own what they build from design to deployment.
- Architect and deliver scalable, maintainable systems and features.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate adaptive, personalized learning into the platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, and data to shape the roadmap and align on outcomes.
- Continuously improve software delivery speed, reliability, and team workflows.
