Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design.
- Portfolio demonstrating range from design/brand systems to expressive digital product design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Exceptional instincts for typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Comfortable working within an established brand while contributing to its evolution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- In-house experience at an AI-native technology, SaaS company, or fast-paced design agency.
- Familiarity with motion or animation design (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets across the Design Foundations team, including icons, illustrations, product UI assets, and other product-related visuals.
- Help evolve and apply Superhuman’s visual identity system across typography, color, layout, and brand expression.
- Develop concepts from creative briefs to final handoff with design quality and speed.
- Partner with product design teams to expand and align the visual language.
- Maintain organized, handoff-ready files and contribute to shared design libraries.
- Participate in design crits and provide feedback to improve the work.
