Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company.
- Hands-on experience writing code and scripting to stand up integrations.
- Solid fluency in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC.
- Hands-on experience building with AI agents, prompt optimization, and agentic workflows.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity in undefined, zero-to-one situations.
- Exceptional demo and communication skills.
- Experience juggling multiple high-stakes design partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design to drive long-term adoption.
- Synthesize customer signals and workflow gaps to influence product evolution.
- Partner with Sales to develop positioning, demo narratives, and qualification criteria.
- Build and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, and integration prototypes.
- Deliver tailored technical workshops and briefings to engineering leaders and executives.
