Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrable history of customer-centric service and delivery.
- Enterprise contracting, operations, or domain-expert experience in media, entertainment, oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, or enterprise AI.
- Working familiarity with AI tools and functionality, specifically LLMs, their strengths, limitations, prompting, and evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail regarding schemas, taxonomies, and structured data.
- Demonstrable project management skills to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and executives.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the evolving AI and enterprise data landscape.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure AI-powered platform for large-scale structured data extraction from unstructured documents.
- Partner with customers to define extraction schemas, taxonomies, and business rules.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define requirements and design new platform capabilities.
- Analyze customer processes to identify high-value AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Support sales efforts by conducting tailored software demos and working sessions.
- Lead testing, validation, and quality assurance processes, including human-in-the-loop review.
- Provide training and technical support to users to facilitate platform adoption.
- Manage customer implementation projects from inception through ongoing operation.
