Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in .NET/C#.
- Exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and codebases quickly.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for assigned work.
- Experience writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement in codebase and processes.
- Curiosity and willingness to incorporate AI tools into development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform.
- Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production.
- Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback.
- Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes.
- Surface blockers and open questions early to keep work moving forward.
