- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable marketing results through a team.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of results.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Set priorities, allocate workload, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy alongside senior management.
- Execute SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns.
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI.
