Requirements
- Deep expertise in SAP Incentive Management/SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud.
- Proven experience with end-to-end full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Expertise in designing compensation plans, commission rules, and territory management.
- Hands-on experience with system testing and hypercare support.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SAP CX and integration frameworks.
- SQL and data migration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and design incentive compensation plans.
- Configure SAP Incentive Management (formerly CallidusCloud Commissions) rules, quotas, and workflows.
- Perform commission calculations and manage incentive reporting.
- Execute full lifecycle implementations from design to go-live.
- Provide hypercare support post-implementation.
- Manage integrations with SAP ERP, CRM, and payroll systems.
