Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s degree.
- Experience in device or clinical sales working with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or a clinical degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and cardiology experience preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly analyze data to glean insights and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to ambiguity and deliver performance in complex environments.
- Proficiency with business tools including Salesforce and Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute customer journeys to drive adoption of the Zio Service in support of customer clinical, operational, and financial goals.
- Create and lead end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions informed by insights and best practices.
- Partner with key stakeholders such as cardiovascular service line leaders, chiefs of cardiology, and EP departments to align on program goals and metrics.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including sales, EHR integration, revenue cycle, and clinical operations to meet customer needs.
- Strategically partner with geographic sales teams to support business planning and deepen penetration of large health systems.
- Standardize care and operational efficiencies for patients with cardiac arrhythmias to differentiate iRhythm as a trusted partner.
