Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management, or a closely related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team building skills with high emotional and social intelligence.
- Demonstrated resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, deliver, and evaluate project management needs on strategic network initiatives.
- Utilize portfolio management systems and support enterprise-wide project intake and pipeline development.
- Assess performance gaps and strategic expense reduction or revenue growth opportunities through root cause and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with business partners to share status, results, and feedback on projects.
- Lead and balance multiple senior-level projects while mentoring junior team members.
- Facilitate team meetings, identify key actions, and manage project-related documentation.
- Identify and escalate project barriers and risks to ensure timely project delivery.
