- Deep familiarity with social analytics and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of personal finance and retirement planning, or a willingness to rapidly build expertise.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain a cross-platform content calendar aligned with brand, product, and growth priorities.
- Write and produce high-performing content that educates, inspires, and translates complex financial concepts.
- Actively manage comments and community interactions to build participation.
- Track and optimize key metrics including follower growth, engagement rates, and social-driven traffic.
- Collaborate with content, video, PR, and brand teams to ensure consistent voice and messaging.
- Deliver regular performance reports to company leadership on traffic and funnel performance.
