- 3+ years of healthcare contracting experience.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers or healthcare-related agreements preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to resolve contract issues and drive solutions across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with contract management processes or tools preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background in healthcare legal operations, contract administration, or related fields is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily contract and amendment processes for assigned accounts from request initiation through final execution.
- Draft, review, and coordinate contract-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support contract negotiations, legal reviews, approval workflows, and signature processes.
- Partner with Legal, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to drive contract completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions, timelines, requirements, and procedures.
- Communicate contract updates and requirements clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct contract reviews and provide support to business teams, audit groups, and operational stakeholders.
- Maintain organized and accurate contract records, documentation, and tracking systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve contract processes, documentation standards, and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and additional contract-related initiatives as needed.
