Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment.
- 5+ years of increasing managerial experience in Strategy, Operations, Chief of Staff, Program Management, or Management Consulting.
- Proven experience designing organizational operating rhythms, planning cycles, and communication architectures.
- Exceptional deck-building and narrative development skills.
- Demonstrated experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Direct people management experience with a track record of developing early-career talent.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in K–12 or education technology is preferred.
- Proficiency in building influence without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Design and own the communications architecture across the Product team, including leadership touchpoints, offsites, town halls, and QBRs.
- Shape leadership cadence to ensure focus on high-leverage problems and drive strategic debate.
- Facilitate quarterly ceremonies and cross-functional touchpoints to surface dependencies, progress, and trade-offs.
- Manage and develop a junior team member, providing coaching and creating growth opportunities.
- Draft internal memos, leadership-facing decks, and department-wide communications.
- Lead high-priority, cross-cutting initiatives that lack a natural functional home.
- Monitor team morale and identify improvement areas from engagement data to enhance organizational health.
