Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years experience.
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets skills, including ability to build, troubleshoot, and maintain complex reporting files.
- Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to work across multiple data sources and reconcile discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to format data for executive audiences and draft concise commentary.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting such as KPI reviews, Board materials, and SLT presentations.
- Ability to ramp quickly on existing processes and deliver reliably with minimal hand-holding.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience in commercial finance or sales finance, preferably in a high-growth or ad tech environment.
- Willingness to attend in-person team gatherings at least once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring revenue reporting workflows including daily/weekly maintenance, revenue trackers, attainment dashboards, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and update executive materials for KPI reviews, Board of Directors presentations, and SLT meetings.
- Conduct variance analysis on revenue movements and provide commentary explaining performance trends.
- Support quarterly sales target-setting by reconciling bottoms-up data with tops-down forecasts.
- Manage the commercial commission review process by synthesizing attainment data and identifying trends.
- Execute ad-hoc analysis for Revenue, GTM, and Commercial leadership to support in-quarter decision-making.
- Maintain and improve core financial reporting infrastructure to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Sales Operations, and GTM teams to translate business drivers into financial context.
