Requirements
- 4+ years of Amazon Account Management experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with Amazon PPC (SP, SB, SD).
- Expertise in catalog management using flat files, variations, and bulk uploads.
- Experience with Brand Registry and listing reclamation.
- Strong SEO and content optimization skills, including A+ Content.
- Proficiency in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Experience with Seller Support case management and escalation workflows.
- Active usage of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for operational workflows.
- Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end management of marketplace performance across multiple brands.
- Manage Amazon PPC strategy including campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and budget management.
- Build scalable workflows and SOPs for PPC, catalog, and account management.
- Manage complex catalog structures using flat files, variations, and bulk uploads.
- Handle Brand Registry tasks including listing reclamation and ownership corrections.
