Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned.
- 5+ years of successful work experience in education, educational technology, or a related industry.
- 5+ years of experience serving students, families, or stakeholders in a service-oriented environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing people.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and task management tools like Asana.
- Ability to maintain a private, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
- Willingness and ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop educators to embody standards of service, responsiveness, and instructional excellence.
- Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data to identify and support at-risk students.
- Observe live instruction and provide actionable coaching to improve teacher effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Lead and inspire a team of teachers and paraprofessionals while ensuring high expectations are met.
- Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns and rebuild trust.
- Build and refine systems, playbooks, and operational tools to improve instructional consistency.
- Facilitate team meetings and professional development sessions.
