Job Details

2+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.
Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic advertising plans.
Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership and clients.
Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets.
Strong AI fluency, with experience integrating AI tools into workflows and processes.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns across major digital marketing and retail media platforms.
Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.
Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights.
Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.
Create, present and execute media strategies to a variety of clients in different product categories.
