Requirements

Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and/or After Effects
Strong understanding of short-form content structure, including hooks, pacing, and audience retention
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet fast turnaround times
High attention to detail and consistency in editing style
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and caption styling

Responsibilities

Edit short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add captions, hooks, and basic motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement
Repurpose long-form content into concise, high-performing short clips
Ensure all video content aligns with the firm’s branding, tone, and visual style
