Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale, highly available cloud platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python development focused on automation and infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS core services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, Systems Manager, and API Gateway.
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in at least one additional language such as Go, JavaScript, or Java.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security principles, and cost optimization.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on knowledge of monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and observability practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, deployment processes, and quality controls.
- Develop monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, and related platforms.
- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and minimize errors.
- Maintain high availability, performance, and reliability across large-scale cloud platforms.
- Implement proactive monitoring strategies for system health, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Execute infrastructure maintenance, patching cycles, and upgrades while minimizing service disruption.
- Design and support disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience strategies.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement vulnerability remediation workflows, access controls, and compliance automation.
- Develop clean, maintainable code and infrastructure tools using Python and other modern programming languages.
