2–5 years of proven experience in an analytically-driven role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
Experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives bridging Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and regional market dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Leverage advanced data analytics to independently derive insights, develop, and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies.
Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust analytical and operational strategies.
Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for risk, fraud, or growth models.
Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy.
Oversee the development and execution of analytical frameworks for product launches and market entries.
Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts on technical craft and domain nuances.
