Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in an analytically-driven role within consumer lending, credit, or fintech.
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives bridging Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
- Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and regional market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced data analytics to independently derive insights, develop, and optimize business, risk, or growth strategies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends to adjust analytical and operational strategies.
- Partner with Engineering and ML teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for risk, fraud, or growth models.
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy.
- Oversee the development and execution of analytical frameworks for product launches and market entries.
- Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows and mentor junior analysts on technical craft and domain nuances.
