Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in estimating or purchasing, ideally within the home building industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience leading training, implementation, or onboarding for a technical or specialized audience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize internal and external stakeholders.
- Confidence in presenting to customer leadership teams.
- Sharp problem-solving instincts and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and complex workflows simultaneously.
- Effective and patient communication style.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and onboarding for the Estimate Module by mapping customer estimating and purchasing workflows.
- Train customers directly, including presenting to their leadership teams, to drive durable adoption.
- Manage multiple customer relationships, conducting calls and troubleshooting sessions across various accounts.
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams when necessary.
- File clear, documented feature requests and bug reports based on direct customer feedback.
- Run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new Estimate functionality.
- Deliver regular account updates regarding adoption health to internal teams.
- Provide structured, strategic feedback to the Product team based on real-world usage.
