Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle basic page updates, content population, and layout adjustments across WordPress sites
- Troubleshoot common website, layout, form, and plugin problems
- Test all changes across various devices and browsers to confirm proper functionality
- Follow established processes strictly and flag unclear instructions
- Escalate issues that fall outside the defined scope
- Fix email template issues and adjust formatting
- Respond promptly to technical enquiries
- Use AI tools to research solutions, learn underlying concepts, and debug code
- Write clear prompts to explain technical issues and verify AI-generated code
