Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, art, computer graphics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive, resource-driven mindset with strong prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with animated media, motion graphics, web/app technology, and experiential technology (VR/AR) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable.
- A degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA-accredited graduate program is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee meeting note-taking and distribute prompt recaps to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and manage strategic operational plans including project plans, creative briefs, status spreadsheets, and hot sheets.
- Implement client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout milestone delivery and MLR review processes.
- Partner with Project Managers to manage production workflows, submission deadlines, and project budgets.
- Serve as day-to-day client contact while supporting Senior Account Directors with relationship management.
- Contribute to new business proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) under supervisor guidance.
- Assist in revenue recognition meetings and track project burn against budgets.
