Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
- 5+ years of experience hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams of managers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Proven success scaling and managing a centralized or hybrid analytics function.
- Deep, fluent understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, pipeline velocity, CAC payback, LTV:CAC, product activation).
- Ability to move fluidly between high-level executive strategy and granular, hands-on technical execution.
- Experience leading an analytics organization through a major consolidation or operating model transformation.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern data stacks (SQL, Python, dbt, cloud warehouses, Tableau, Hex, Looker).
- Foundational understanding of ML modeling frameworks and experimentation design.
- Practical experience integrating AI tools and automation to scale analytical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead Decision Analytics, spanning domain-specialized pods supporting Marketing, Revenue, Product, and Finance.
- Set the vision, standards, and operating model for prioritizing work, partnering with stakeholders, and measuring impact.
- Drive a fundamental shift from reactive reporting to proactive, insight-driven decision-making.
- Serve as the primary analytics and data science thought partner to senior business stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a team of managers, analysts, and data scientists across multiple domain pods.
- Champion AI-forward thinking and integration of automation into analytical workflows.
- Partner with the Director of Data Enablement to ensure scalable data infrastructure and analytics engineering requirements are met.
