Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting.
- Experience producing monthly management accounts or reporting packs.
- Highly proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with the ability to build and maintain complex models.
- Familiarity with an ERP system (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- SQL knowledge strongly preferred.
- Strong data accuracy instinct and attention to detail.
- Structured, organized approach to managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Clear written communication skills for explaining financial variances.
- General knowledge or strong interest in applying data science and AI capabilities to finance.
- Prior experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build the data foundation for the monthly CFO Financial Review Pack, including actuals vs. budget tables and headcount summaries.
- Identify and flag material financial variances proactively.
- Own the end-to-end financial review pack for a defined portfolio of departments and lead monthly meetings with department heads.
- Produce monthly payroll and non-payroll cost analysis, including headcount reconciliations and GL-level spend reviews.
- Maintain the Cost Centre Budget Tracker and Product and Segment P&L.
- Prepare data inputs for investor and lender compliance reports using NetSuite.
- Lead the data collection phase of the Annual Operating Plan by managing templates and consolidating returns.
- Partner with the Finance Tech team to automate repetitive data tasks and maintain documentation for close procedures.
