Requirements

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience as core-IT systems administrator.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with Google Workspace applications and administration.
  • In-depth hands-on experience with O365/Azure applications and administration.
  • 2 years of experience providing customer support.
  • Experience with several change management projects.
  • Experience writing scripts and using command-line tools for Google Workspace API.
  • Experience using PowerShell tools for O365.
  • Strong social and customer-service skills for handling issues ranging from helpdesk to security and migration.

Responsibilities

  • Solve complex issues involving email flows, platform-related security, user management, and data collaboration.
  • Manage device management and systems integration for customer cloud environments.
  • Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and technical presentations.
  • Provide technical support during customer-facing sales calls as a subject matter expert.
  • Conduct training sessions for system administrators.
  • Communicate through video conferencing for meetings, technical reviews, and delivery activities.
