Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Marketing Coordination
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone across brands
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Planable, Later, Hootsuite, or Buffer
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Genuine interest in hospitality, food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Comfortable handling high-volume execution work
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars in Planable
- Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Write captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy aligned with brand voice
- Draft social media copy, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Organize and maintain content assets and marketing files
- Research hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle industry trends
- Build and maintain influencer, media, and partnership lists
- Maintain Monday.com boards and track deliverables
- Support marketing performance reporting and analytics preparation
