Requirements
- Current registration and good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the applicable Philippine professional regulatory board (e.g., Board of Nursing or Board of Pharmacy).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Two years of experience in a Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English for professional communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and contact center technologies.
- Experience managing operational, quality, compliance, and performance metrics within a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work schedules supporting U.S. business operations including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work remotely in a secure environment.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, pharmacovigilance, and FDA regulations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance client training programs to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Define, document, and revise training plans, schedules, and instructional materials.
- Conduct ongoing and refresher training for project teams.
- Monitor services and perform quality assurance audits for assigned projects.
- Compile, analyze, and report quality metrics, identifying trends and root causes for process improvement.
- Lead the maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
- Provide coaching and performance management to Project Training & Quality staff.
- Assist with internal and external client audits in accordance with the quality management plan.
