Requirements

  • Current registration and good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the applicable Philippine professional regulatory board (e.g., Board of Nursing or Board of Pharmacy).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Two years of experience in a Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English for professional communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and contact center technologies.
  • Experience managing operational, quality, compliance, and performance metrics within a regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work schedules supporting U.S. business operations including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work remotely in a secure environment.
  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, pharmacovigilance, and FDA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance client training programs to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Define, document, and revise training plans, schedules, and instructional materials.
  • Conduct ongoing and refresher training for project teams.
  • Monitor services and perform quality assurance audits for assigned projects.
  • Compile, analyze, and report quality metrics, identifying trends and root causes for process improvement.
  • Lead the maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
  • Provide coaching and performance management to Project Training & Quality staff.
  • Assist with internal and external client audits in accordance with the quality management plan.
