Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in spoken and written English for professional communication.
- Ability and willingness to work schedules supporting U.S. business operations (evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and contact center technologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a secure environment.
- Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Patient Support Programs preferred.
- Internal auditing and call monitoring experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of United States healthcare systems and medicines regulation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interaction monitoring and review documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
- Identify quality and performance trends and partner with Program Leadership to provide coaching, feedback, and training.
- Score and document interaction results in the project quality management system.
- Coordinate and participate in calibration sessions to promote scoring consistency and quality standards.
- Compile, analyze, and report QA metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Program Leadership to ensure resource materials are updated and version-controlled for audits.
