- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in quality monitoring tools and software.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Openness to working night shifts.
- High-speed primary internet connection (at least 100mb/s).
- Reliable backup internet connection (at least 20mb/s).
- Stable power backup solution (UPS capable of 3 hours runtime).
- Minimum system hardware requirements: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, and Windows 11/macOS Ventura.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate virtual assistants' performance through call and email monitoring against guidelines and SLAs.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to virtual assistants to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular audits and spot checks to validate task accuracy.
- Document and track quality assurance findings, trends, and improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with Client Services Managers to discuss performance metrics and develop improvement action plans.
- Create and maintain up-to-date process flows reflecting best practices.
- Develop and maintain task-specific QA forms.
