Requirements
- 10-12 years of experience in international program management, including oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
- Deep retail expertise, including account management, channel marketing, retail execution, or retail digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software, preferably JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs.
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee operations and build relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the operational support structure for the Retail Americas team to execute expansion across LATAM, Canada, and select U.S. channels.
- Own full program lifecycle management, including roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and assess risks specific to emerging market launches and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes.
