Requirements
- 5–7 years managing software implementation or integration programs at a technology company.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations for high-touch customers.
- Proven experience serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers.
- Strong experience designing and delivering cloud-based B2B implementations.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams and offshore engineering resources.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to manage project plans, risks, and deliverables using tools such as Jira or Smartsheets.
- Based on the U.S. East Coast.
- Ability to work 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 50%, primarily to Europe.
- Italian language skills (written and spoken) preferred.
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or energy efficiency sector preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the successful delivery of enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through launch.
- Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during implementation.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Lead solution design and work directly with customer engineering teams on data integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Sales, and Support teams.
- Produce technical documentation outlining architecture, integrations, and deployment plans.
