Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production software or technical systems.
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (Node.js).
- Fluency in REST API integration: OAuth 2.0, API keys, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting, and error handling.
- Hands-on experience building AI systems using large language models, tool use, and function calling.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
- Advanced SQL skills, including analytical queries against columnar stores like ClickHouse.
- Experience with dashboard and application development across Grafana, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Airtable.
- Strong engineering practices including Git version control, code review, and CI.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build systems for account health observability, intelligent routing, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.
- Build AI workflows using Anthropic Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, and Claude Code with MCP servers.
- Partner with CXO to design autonomous decision frameworks and safety guardrails.
- Extend observability and analytics foundations with dashboards across Grafana, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Airtable.
- Operate within governance models, including versioning, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
- Instrument technical systems to measure retrieval accuracy, action success rates, and resolution metrics.
- Translate complex system behavior for executive audiences and provide technical documentation.
