Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production software or technical systems.
- Production-quality proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript (Node.js).
- Fluency in REST API integration fundamentals (OAuth 2.0, API keys, webhooks, pagination, rate limiting).
- Hands-on experience building AI systems with LLMs, tool use, prompt architecture, and evaluation harnesses.
- Experience deploying MCP servers to connect enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures and agent frameworks.
- Advanced SQL skills, including analytical queries against columnar stores like ClickHouse.
- Experience with dashboard and application development across Grafana, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Airtable.
- Strong engineering practices including Git-based version control, code review, and basic CI.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system specifications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build systems for GCS operation, including account health observability, intelligent routing, and workflow automation.
- Build AI workflows using Anthropic Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, and Claude Code, including MCP servers.
- Partner with CXO to design decision frameworks and guardrails for autonomous system behavior.
- Extend GCS observability with dashboards across Grafana, Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, and Airtable.
- Operate within CXO governance and mature versioning, evaluation, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Instrument build performance and tie metrics like time-to-value and resolution rates to business outcomes.
- Translate system behavior into plain language for executive stakeholders.
