Requirements
- Technically strong and ML-literate product management experience.
- Proven experience working embedded in full-stack teams with MLEs, MLOps, DEs, and DAs.
- Track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end and moving real business outcomes.
- Ability to use data analysis throughout the product process to validate and measure success.
- Experience building product in a startup, scaleup, or high-growth environment.
- Strong instinct for failure points, edge cases, and operational reality of live systems.
- Ability to reason about model performance and error as business indicators.
- Strong, structured communication skills, especially in writing.
- AI-literate with a clear understanding of AI application and limitations.
Responsibilities
- Turn business and customer needs into feasible, shipped product execution.
- Manage initiatives from discovery through to release with clear Now, Next, and Future roadmaps.
- Drive open product decisions to a conclusion to maintain delivery pace.
- Work embedded in full-stack teams including ML, data science, and software engineers.
- Set success criteria for model performance and design for operational edge cases.
- Pull and interrogate data to inform decisions and monitor model performance as business indicators.
- Address pressing, technically complex problems across the Rosso product surface, with a near-term focus on the portfolio area.
