Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing email platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar tools.
  • Strong expertise in email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, inbox placement, and diagnosing spam-related issues.
  • Proven experience building automated email journeys, drip campaigns, nurture sequences, and behavioral workflows.
  • Strong understanding of lead capture, consent management, segmentation, CRM hygiene, and routing processes.
  • Ability to design and maintain structured automation systems with clear documentation and scalable logic.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail, testing discipline, and commitment to delivering error-free campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Reliable remote work setup and ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own the email marketing and SMS ecosystem, including ESP management, audience segmentation, automation workflows, CRM tagging, webhooks, and campaign execution.
  • Manage email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, ensuring lists, subscriptions, imports, segments, and automated campaigns are accurate and optimized.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle marketing programs, including nurture sequences, drip campaigns, investor communications, webinar flows, and event follow-up journeys.
  • Optimize email deliverability by managing domain authentication, DNS configurations, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox warmups, and email placement performance.
  • Monitor and improve email performance, ensuring strong engagement rates and reliable communication with audiences.
  • Manage lead capture processes, including digital forms, event collection systems, consent tracking, CRM routing, and automated follow-up sequences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technical partners to improve lead management, segmentation strategies, and marketing operations.
