Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive software development, automation engineering, or related technical experience.
- 1+ year of hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Experience designing and deploying automation solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, data integration technologies, and database query languages.
- Knowledge of UiPath Autopilot, AI Center, and intelligent automation capabilities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve automation issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy stable, secure, and scalable automation solutions using UiPath and REFramework following industry best practices.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive, and high-volume tasks.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain automations through UiPath Orchestrator, including queue management, scheduling, and logging.
- Leverage UiPath Automation Suite and AI Center to develop enterprise-grade automations across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Implement Document Understanding solutions using OCR and machine learning models.
- Integrate UiPath solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into solutions.
- Maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), and operational runbooks.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
