Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Ability to work with technical tools including Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving capability using first principles thinking.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end, including growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Define relevant business problems and identify the specific questions needed to inform key decisions.
- Define key metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to track performance.
- Surface actionable data insights that move key team metrics.
- Collaborate with product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts to present findings and drive project outcomes.
