Job Details

7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including production systems.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, or comparable technologies.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, distributed systems, and scalability.
Experience with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure services such as Azure.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, CodeRabbit, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
Strong problem-solving skills for secure, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage priorities, adapt to change, and take ownership of complex challenges.
Interest in fintech, banking, compliance, and security.

Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools using Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
Develop scalable product features and shared technical foundations to improve reliability and performance.
Contribute to architectural decisions across application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and security.
Improve engineering operations through enhanced CI/CD workflows, automation, and observability.
Adopt and promote AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development speed and code quality.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, release planning, and production troubleshooting.
Mentor engineers and contribute to raising the team's technical maturity.
Support secure and compliant software delivery practices aligned with financial standards.
