Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or another service-oriented role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and adapt to different situations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Windows operating systems.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and platforms simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering positive experiences.
- Ability to work assigned shifts during business hours, including weekends and statutory holidays when required.
- Ability to work remotely with a dedicated quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by handling inbound calls and resolving inquiries through multiple service channels.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide timely, accurate, and effective solutions while delivering a high-quality service experience.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and customer service platforms simultaneously to manage account requests efficiently.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of financial products and services to provide relevant and personalized client support.
- Identify potential risks during customer interactions and apply appropriate judgment to recommend solutions that protect both clients and the organization.
- Follow compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies during all customer interactions.
- Resolve client concerns and disputes while maintaining trust and supporting long-term customer relationships.
- Meet service performance objectives, including quality standards and first-contact resolution goals.
- Document customer interactions accurately and complete required administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and contribute to continuous service improvement.
