Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in project management.
- BS Computer Science or Informatics, or A+, Net+, Server+ certifications preferred.
- Superior understanding of Networking Topologies.
- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of medical instrument networkability.
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR business models preferred.
- Experience with CZMI products and line of business preferred.
- Strong presentation and professional written communication skills.
- Analytical and organized problem-solving ability.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Partner with field resources to manage a base of customers and deploy data management software.
- Define project timelines, schedules, and job scope for product deployments.
- Facilitate remote and on-site installations and add-on requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding networking, break-fix, installation, and configuration.
- Coordinate with Customer Support to schedule field service requests.
- Provide remote training sessions to end-users via WebEx.
- Collaborate with internal teams for account planning and forecasting.
