Requirements
- Extensive Travel Agent experience
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- French language proficiency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Provide consistent consultation based on client travel policy
- Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations such as DOT, TSA, passports, and visas
- Advise clients on industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships to suggest improvements
- Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
