Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
- At least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Understanding of key Project Management principles.
- Ability to travel for client on-site needs.
- Willingness to support team members and drive system/process development.
- Ability to independently problem-solve using available resources and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure long-term success.
- Manage project risks, escalations, and complex negotiations with C-suite stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery team activities and provide final sign-off on deliverables.
- Lead Steering Committee meetings and maintain executive-level alignment.
- Manage project budgets, burn rates, and project scope changes.
- Design and present 'to-be' processes based on industry leading practices.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants to build technical proficiency.
