Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional consulting experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
- Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
- Ability to support team members and drive system/process development as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explore solutions independently.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
- Understanding of key Project Management principles.
- Proficiency in aligning system configurations with long-term business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations from inception to completion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing project communications and stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project risks, maintain RAID logs, and lead negotiations to resolve project issues.
- Lead Steering Committee meetings and define project milestones and governance structures.
- Oversee delivery team activities and provide sign-off on key project deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, monitor burn rates, and execute necessary change orders.
- Conduct business process discovery sessions to translate requirements into technology roadmaps.
- Mentor junior consultants and support the evolution of delivery methodologies.
