Experience: 4+ years

Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
Deep knowledge of HR processes, security, approval workflows, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing requirements, prototyping, and training.
Ability to accurately document requirements and create functional design strategies.
Strong ability to collaborate with both functional and technical team members.
Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs.

Responsibilities

Provide best-practice guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud module business processes.
Perform hands-on configuration across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Research, design, and execute the Oracle application through testing and implementation.
Facilitate business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
Manage client-facing communications, articulating strategy and complex requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure project plan alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
Lead User Acceptance Testing and user validation of developed solutions.
