Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Successful completion of an MVR check.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, including order management, installation, and relocation.
  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills for managing third-party partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage timelines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce software.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Attend project meetings to establish scope and manage projects from purchase order through completion.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, and logistics in collaboration with the Studio Team.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, suppliers, and third-party installers.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including decision records, schedules, and contract adherence.
  • Supervise on-site furniture and fixture installations to ensure performance and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to manage freight costs and delivery schedules.
  • Perform project walk-throughs and oversee punch list resolution for project close-out.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and updates within the ERP database and Insights customer portal.
