Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Successful completion of an MVR check.
- Strong knowledge of project management, including order management, installation, and relocation.
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills for managing third-party partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage timelines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proficiency in Salesforce software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings to establish scope and manage projects from purchase order through completion.
- Develop work plans, schedules, and logistics in collaboration with the Studio Team.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, suppliers, and third-party installers.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including decision records, schedules, and contract adherence.
- Supervise on-site furniture and fixture installations to ensure performance and timeliness.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and suppliers to manage freight costs and delivery schedules.
- Perform project walk-throughs and oversee punch list resolution for project close-out.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates within the ERP database and Insights customer portal.
