Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in data architecture, MDM, or SAP master data management.
- Proven track record of modeling master data structures in large-scale transformation projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP master data (Material, Business Partner, Pricing, BOM).
- Proficiency with PIM (e.g., Akeneo) and PLM (e.g., Centric) systems.
- Strong understanding of system integrations including API and ETL.
- Understanding of CRM, WMS, and e-commerce landscapes.
- Analytical and structured mindset with the ability to explain complex technical topics to business stakeholders.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Ideally experience in FMCG, food, dietary supplements, or retail industries.
Responsibilities
- Define the global master data model and attribute logic across all domains.
- Establish leading systems (SOR) for master data objects and document data flows.
- Manage technical responsibility for interfaces between SAP, Akeneo (PIM), CRM, WMS (Lea), and Centric (PLM).
- Design and document end-to-end master data processes, including workflows for creation, enrichment, and approval.
- Implement data quality rules and monitor technical MDM KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
