Requirements
- 1+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.
- Confident phone manner and strong candidate follow-up and closing skills.
- Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles.
- Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques using social media, job boards, and AI tools.
- Experience with ATS/recruiting tools such as CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Understanding of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented regarding compliance tasks.
- Professional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work 100% remotely in a US time zone schedule.
- Technical setup requirements including 720p webcam, noise-canceling headset, and minimum 25 Mbps internet.
- Hardware requirements including primary computer (Intel i5, 8GB RAM) and secondary backup devices (laptop, internet, power).
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers.
- Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools.
- Use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
- Support document collection, license verification, and background checks.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire.
- Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency.
