Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles.
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology).
- Proven track record managing complex partnerships and alliances.
- Deep expertise in influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions and OpCos.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for senior leadership.
- Experience utilizing portfolio or program management tools to drive structured execution.
- Agile, strategic mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive the AI Molecular Design (AI MD) enterprise strategy by converting long-term vision into a focused, value-driven portfolio.
- Lead prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of AI MD initiatives and oversee financial governance.
- Establish a streamlined operating cadence across initiatives and Operating Companies to ensure predictable progress.
- Act as an enterprise integrator across AI teams, OpCos, and external partners/alliances to accelerate adoption.
- Provide executive-level insights on performance and apply Danaher Business System (DBS) principles to drive continuous improvement.
